Vizzy World is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Professional installation services are recommended for all gas system installations.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Vizzy World provides delivery services within Lagos and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vizzy World is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must be present at the delivery address to receive deliveries. Refusal of delivery or missed appointments may result in additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before delivery or service completion, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other agreed payment methods.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the safety-sensitive nature of gas cylinders and equipment, returns and refunds are limited. Products may be returned within 7 days if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• The product does not match the description provided
• The product is unused and in original condition

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued minus any delivery charges and handling fees.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The materials on Vizzy World's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Vizzy World makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
